Jelena Vencl Ohlrogge DECEMBER 2008 WORKSHOP FACILITATOR

Jelena Vencl Ohlrogge will be the facilitator for workshop that will conclude the 5th December 2008 AgileMalta conference that will be held at the Hilton Hotel Conference centre.

Jelena is settled in Stockholm, Sweden, where she works as an IT consultant for Cybercom Group. She has over 10 years of working experience within IT. She has worked and lived in 4 countries.

She mostly works with software development and Agile techniques. She is also passionate about learning more about behaviourism, philosophy and humans in general. By education she is an engineer specialised in electronics and automation.

Agile is not a new concept to Jelena, as it has been used for quite some time in engineering, and she became familiar with it during her time at University via a course on Work and Working methodologies. Agile is relatively new in software development and the practices differ from the engineering ones, but the values behind are the same.

She has a loving husband, three cats, plenty of Saintpaulias (a kind of flower), a few close friends, and a secret world domination ambition… (well the last one is not true, but she thinks it sounds cool :))
